Policy Service Admin Supervisor (Code: PSA)

Responsibilities:

To administer policy benefit transactions
To supervise subordinate policy benefit team
To ensure policy benefit transactions should be done within SOP & service standard agreement

Requirements:

Male/Female with age range 27-35 years old
Bachelor degree in Economics (Accounting/Management), Mathematics or Insurance from reputable university
Having minimum 2 years working experience in Policy Owner Servicing/Policy Servicing Administration (after sales)
Good analytical & quick learner well organized
Good knowledge of life insurance product
Good communication & able to work with others in a team
Has a good manner, ability to lead the team & to be example as good employee
Fluent in English (Both & Written)
